The third and final day of the 2010 Church of Ireland General Synod opened in Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin today with the Choir of the Cathedral leading the attendees in singing Handel's Hallaluah Chorus from Messiah.

The famous Oratorio which was premiered a short distance from the Cathedral opened  and closed the devotions led by the Bishop of Limerick and Killaloe, the Rt Revd Trevor Williams.
