The amended motion provides that the Commission's terms of reference be amended for a period of one year by suspending the application of a clause which ordinarily prevents members of the Commission from serving for longer than three consecutive triennia.  The original motion had sought the removal of this clause, however the amendment was brought in order to provide for continuity of membership in the immediate term without removing the requirement for turnover altogether.

The resolution as amended was agreed unanimously.
