A Bill providing for a change in layout of forms of declaration to be signed by vestry members has been proposed at General Synod. Bill No 6 was proposed by Archdeacon Robin Bantry White and amends Chapter III of the Constitution.

The Bill passed its second reading and will now go forward for consideration and receive its third reading on Saturday.
