The General Synod of the Church of Ireland takes place in the Armagh City Hotel, Armagh, over the coming three days, Thursday May 7 to Saturday May 9 2015. During the three days, elected clergy and lay members along with the Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of Ireland will consider a range of Bills and Motions and hear reports from a number of Church committees.

This year, in a change to the usual running order, the Synod Eucharist takes place this morning, Thursday May 7, at 10.30 am in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh. Synod proceedings get underway in the Armagh City Hotel at 12.00 midday.
