Mailing to Members

The documents and other data relating to the meeting of the General Synod were mailed from Church House on Wednesday 14th April 2010.

The Book of Reports to the General Synod will be mailed directly to members under separate cover from the printers.

The General Synod Eucharist was held at 7.00pm on Thursday 6 May in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin.  The collection at this service was for the benefit of Bishops’ Appeal and Protestant Aid.

Lunch Arrangements
As the break for lunch is one and a half hours members will have time to avail of the broad selection of restaurants and cafés in the area.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available all day in the crypt to members of Synod free of charge.

Mobile Telephones
Members are reminded that mobile telephones must be turned off in the chamber when the General Synod is in session.

Facilities for the Disabled
All facilities for members are situated either on the ground floor (entrance level), or in the crypt of Christ Church Cathedral.  Wheelchair access to the crypt is available via John’s Lane. Please contact the Synod Office at the above address if you require any special facilities or if you require the Synod documentation in an alternative format.
St. Patrick’s Cathedral is accessible for wheelchair users.
